1. Hanging the keel
with iron wire or bolt, adjusting to level¡£

3. Inserting the isolation bars into the gap between
U84 plates¡£
(The isolation bars are of same thickness, the thickness
of U84 is catering to customer¡¯s demands)¡£

Installation Direction of GB Type Strip Ceiling: |

1. According to the site of
operation, measure the height of ceiling,
and install suspending pole with the standard
distance of 1.2m
2. Connect GB type keel suspending code and
suspending pole, and fix the GB keel in horizontal
level¡£
3. Buckle the GB retaining plate into the
GB keel one by one in fixed order, and adjust
the level. |

Installation
instruction for S-type right-angled strip plate
ceiling |
|
 1.
Fix edge /angle series according to eqal horizontal
level.
2. Suspend light steel keels with reasonable
spacing Usual spacing foe 38mm or 50mm keels
Should be 1-1.2 meters . Decide the spacing
and layout of flying poles according to the
keels.
3. Install the pre-fixed suspension part together
with suspended plate keel vertically under
the light steel keels. The spacing between
suspended plate keels is usually 1 meter .
At completion of installation, horizontal
level must be adiusted.
4. Buckle the serial buck plate on the keel
in sequence and press down the locks. Use
the ioints when necessary.
5. When installing the plates, gloves must
be used .If fingerprints or dirt is left.
Cleanser and water may be used to clean it
